Navigating the Inevitable
The Electrotech revolution is changing what is possible for the next century, fuelled by transformations in both digital and energy systems. Leading companies understand this change is coming at speed, and so do we. What is possible in mobility, the built environment, land use, industry and technology is being redefined.
We work with you to identify where your organization can create value in the transition while navigating how extreme weather is changing the status quo. Whether you are at the beginning of your strategic journey or looking to reset in light of the latest advances, we can help you prioritize strategic opportunities for profitable collaboration across innovation, strategy and policy.
Geo-System
Strategy
Board and C-Suite Transition Governance
We work with boards to help deliver informed oversight and integration of climate and nature-related risks and opportunities, whether as a part of ongoing requirements under voluntary (TCFD/TNFD) frameworks or mandatory obligations pursuant to listing rules or company law. We work with business leaders to see through the noise and respond effectively to rapidly evolving shareholder and regulatory expectations. Our approach is relentlessly value-focused, enabling compliance to become a profit driver.
Transition Strategy
We are independent experts providing a ‘big mirror’, helping you connect the dots across innovation, transition strategy and policy. As leading companies move beyond disclosure and target-setting into the next critical stage of policy collaboration in response to climate change, we leverage our Geo-System Strategy framework to help focus your governance, innovation, policy and regulatory drive to deliver profitable transition plans.
Building on an integrated strategy, we understand how transition-related product marketing in both consumer and business-to-business contexts can help you build margin and market share. We connect horizon scanning and forward-looking policy strategy — going beyond mere compliance.

"There are so many leaders and organisations who are completely committed to delivering a net zero world. It is relatively straightforward to draft your company strategy; the challenge is exactly how to deliver it.
I engaged Transition Value Partners, and in a one-day workshop with the Board and executive committee, we turned that strategy into practical actions that we all could identify with. It is not a panacea, but it did bring our journey to life."
