Our team was co-founded by Anna-Marie Slot and Paul Dickinson, seasoned market practitioners who have navigated complex transitions and are expert in strategy, finance, policy and governance. Former Head of Climate Change for NatWest Group, a member of the Energy and Natural Resources Advisory Group for the ICAEW, Senior Visiting Fellow of the London School of Economics and Non-Executive Director of FourTwoThree, the sustainability solutions platform backed by NatWest, National Australia Bank and  Standard Chartered. He spent five years in Washington, DC as the Director for Climate Change at the World Bank.
